Meet Ronald Uehle, EA

The trusted guide behind every Uehle return.

Ronald is the founder of Uehle Tax Services LLC and an Enrolled Agent — federally licensed by the U.S. Treasury to represent taxpayers before every level of the IRS.

Why Ronald became an Enrolled Agent.

Ronald didn’t come to tax work looking for a job. He came to it after watching too many good people — small business owners, retiring parents, young families — pay more than they legally owed, simply because no one had sat down with them and explained the choices in front of them.

He became an Enrolled Agent for a reason that’s a little unfashionable: the EA credential exists exclusively for tax. It is granted by the U.S. Treasury. Passing it requires proving deep knowledge of the tax code, and holding it requires ongoing continuing education every year. That’s the standard he wanted to be measured against.

His philosophy toward long‑term relationships.

Ronald keeps his practice intentionally small. Fewer clients. Deeper relationships. A phone that’s answered. Many of the families he serves today first came to him more than a decade ago; some brought their children in once those children started businesses of their own.

He believes the best tax advice is often not tax advice at all — it’s a patient conversation about a life decision, translated through what it means for your taxes and your long‑term plan.

Why clients continue returning every year.

Because taxes are rarely the whole story. Clients call Ronald before they take a new job, sell a rental, retire early, hire their first employee, or accept an inheritance. They come back because the advice is honest, the tone is calm, and the answer is in plain English.

Making tax feel less stressful.

Ronald’s promise is a simple one: nothing on your return will be a surprise. You’ll know what changed, why it changed, and what to consider doing differently before December 31. That is what turns tax season from a source of anxiety into an annual checkpoint you actually look forward to.
